The deadline for cancelling an Order is before the gets shipped. Once the order is shipped you cannot cancel the Order.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 10 days
- The Goods are in the original packaging
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or personalized.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return if the good is damaged after getting delivered.
- The supply of Goods, which are, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Returning Goods
The goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Note: No Refund can be initiated, Only goods exchange can be done.

Warranty Policy
How can I claim my warranty?
You can claim the warranty by writing to us at enquiry@ascentrecyclers.com with the service details and the invoice delivered to you at the time of repair. If you need any further assistance, please connect via Chat to +91 9791111311
- We do not cover any kind of accidental damage and our warranty stands null and void in all such related cases. Direct damage or damages caused by accidents will not be covered under the 6 month warranty.
- Any display issues that may arise without any manual intervention and are related to the screen quality specifically visible lines and blank screen
- Excessive Damage to the device wherein there is a possibility that internal components might have been affected due to excessive or critical damage to the device or screen. Such excessive visible damage might lead to internal components getting damaged and can cause screen or other system malfunctions. Any part replacement wherein such damage is reported at the time of order completion will not be covered under the warranty provided. Such malfunctions can even become visible after immediately opening the device and reassembly as any component damage/malfunction would become visible after opening the device and reassembly, Cashify Repair or any of its representatives will neither be responsible nor liable for such issues.
- Subsequent mishandling which causes the frame to bend, twist or crack will not be entertained
- Subsequent mishandling with the screen such as hard press may initiate discoloring or lining on the display
- Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
- Water damage
- Tampering with internal hardware
- Damage resulting from attempted customer self-repairs
- Software issues unrelated to the repair
- Jail-broken devices
- New damages unrelated to the original repair
- As a refurbished category. if may have lite scratches keyboard impression on the screen
- Laptop battery backup is minimum 45 Minimum - 2 hours
